This croissant cafe is located in Bitez, a quiet residential area about five minutes by car from Bodrum city center. Easy to find and well-situated.
The pastries
We ordered a savory pastry with eggplant, topped with various seeds, and a sweet pastry with raisins. Both were excellent — fresh, light, and beautifully presented. The eggplant one in particular stood out. The selection here is impressive for a small place: both savory and sweet options are well-represented.
The place and the baker
The cafe is small and cozy — around 5–6 tables — with a very sunny front facade that makes it feel bright and welcoming. Mr. Ahmet handles the baking himself and also welcomes guests and takes orders. He's warm and friendly, and the overall atmosphere of the place reflects that — everyone here just seems genuinely kind.
Practical info
The prices are reasonable — honestly, very affordable by Bodrum and Turkish standards in general. We arrived around noon and it wasn't busy at all.
Worth it?
A great spot for breakfast or a casual coffee stop. We will definitely be coming back.
