We booked a table through WhatsApp and received a response very quickly — whoever is responsible for this does a great job. What followed was more complicated.

The music problem

When we arrived, it turned out that the musical group was approximately 50 centimeters from the first row of tables, one of which was ours. We couldn't hear each other. My watch showed a warning after detecting 90 decibels just a minute after they started playing. We asked to change tables and were directed to another area — two floors. The second floor had blaring music, the first floor was quieter but still too loud. When we asked to turn the music down, we were told it would stop soon.

The music level is deafening, almost like in a nightclub. This is not a nightclub — it's a restaurant with expensive, quality food. The music level should match the quality of the food.

The food

The food is excellent. Great variety of different dishes — not only Georgian. Good wines. Good service from the waiters. None of that is the issue.

Verdict

One star — because despite the excellent food, the excessive noise level ruined what should have been an enjoyable dining experience. If you go: ask specifically which tables are away from the live music before you sit down.
