The food

We arrived around 10 AM and were lucky — they had started slicing from the top of the doner, the freshest and juiciest part. The meat was excellent — fresh, flavorful, and very well-prepared. They also brought us vegetable cuts, and we ordered traditional ayran. The ayran is good quality, just more tangy than I prefer — I like a more neutral taste.

The restaurant

The staff is friendly and helpful. They suggest what to order and work quickly, with friendly banter throughout. Since it's doner, there was no wait — the food came immediately. The restaurant is clean and smaller in size, but there's enough space, and tables are well-spaced so it doesn't feel crowded. The noise level is low.
