This place has a great location, but the food doesn't quite match it.

The visit

We visited on a Sunday around 4 PM. The restaurant was quiet and we chose a spot at the bar facing the pedestrian area. Despite being easy to spot, no one approached us for around ten minutes while we were looking at the menu. We had to glance around a few times before anyone noticed us. Once they did, though, everything moved smoothly — everyone was friendly and worked at a good pace. When we decided to switch to a more comfortable table mid-visit, they had no issue with it.

We ordered two Americano and two dishes — Smoked Salmon French Omelette and Mixed Omelette. The coffee arrived in under five minutes. The food followed about 15 minutes after ordering, which felt reasonable.

Food and coffee

The coffee was good. The food was decent, but that's about as far as it goes. The Smoked Salmon French Omelette came with a small side salad on the same plate — a generous amount of greens, one small tomato cut in half, and three olives. The tomato looked slightly shriveled, which didn't suggest the freshest produce. The salmon itself was a bit tough — not unpleasant, but not what you'd hope for at that price point. The Mixed Omelette was exactly what it sounds like — sausage, sucuk, vegetables — solid but unremarkable.

The interior

There's a small water feature in the center of the restaurant, and the space is filled with trees and greenery — it gives the whole place a natural, almost garden-like feel that's quite unexpected and genuinely pleasant. Seating options vary: bar stools facing the pedestrian street with access to a sunny section, more private tables tucked further inside, and window seats with good natural light. The music stays at a level where conversation is easy.

Worth it?

For coffee or drinks this place works well — the atmosphere alone makes it worth a visit. For a full breakfast or dinner, three out of five.
